The original home of rugby league’s Indigenous All Stars may never host another pre-season spectacle again as interest wanes on the Gold Coast.
Players are trying to drum up support anyway they can, urging locals to back the showcase game.

A turn out of between eight and 10,000 is expected on Friday night at the Cbus Super Stadium.
The lowly-anticipated crowd also magnifies the steady decline in support for rugby league on the Gold Coast.
However that hasn’t affected how players feel about returning to the city.
