National basketball player and former Blaze power forward Mark Worthington appears to be the latest AFL convert.
Fresh from his Olympic campaign with the Boomers, the 29 year-old has trialled with West Coast Eagles.
Worthington was a promising AFL player as a youngster, and has earlier described a code switch as an itch he needs to scratch.
He’s currently signed to play one season of basketball in Serbia.
