PROMISING START TO LONG WEEKEND ON CENTRAL COAST

The long weekend appears to have started with a welcome boost to Central Coast tourism coffers.

In Terrigal, cafes were busy as the main strip looked to keep under social distancing requirements.

Foot traffic was also at a steady pace.

Further inland, the annual Harvest Festival has adapted to the coronavirus.

Unable to open the farm gates, its tours are taking place virtually to show off the best of the Central Coast Hinterland.
