ARTIST IMPRESSIONS RELEASED FOR KANGY ANGY RAIL DEPOT

The Berijiklian government has released artist impressions for the controversial $300-million rail depot at Kangy Angy. There will be a ‘noise wall’ running from the western end of the maintenance facility to the intersection of Ourimbah and Turpentine roads. Residents are being asked to provide feedback on the proposed colour schemes for the wall and any ideas they have for public art. “This is your opportunity. People will be living with this for a long time so we want to get this right. We want to get the community as comfortable as possible.” The community consultation period runs until December 17. COAST GOLFER ACHIEVES CHILDHOOD DREAM

Magenta Shores golfer Dimi Papadatos is still on a high after finishing in the top three at the Australian Open over the weekend. His runner-up spot securing him a berth at the British Open next year, where Papadatos will make his major championship debut. NBN News caught up with the 27-year-old during a brief visit to the Central Coast this week.
