Steven John Smith has been sentenced to 20 years jail over the murder of an elderly man in 2010.
75-year-old Stanley Davies died in hospital a week after three men broke into his West Kempsey home and assaulted him, while demanding cash.
Smith is the second man to be jailed over the murder, with his cousin Richard Smith sentenced to 22 years and 11 months earlier this year.
The 26-year-old was also sentenced to eight years jail over his involvement in a violent home invasion in Dondingalong on November 18 the same year.
