EXCLUSION ZONE SET UP AROUND DEAD WHALE

A dead humpback whale has washed up on Big Hill Beach near Crescent Head on the New South Wales Mid North Coast. It is continuing to inflate and has tripled in size in the past 4 hours. An exclusion zone has been set up in case it explodes. Lifeguards have sent drones up to monitor shark activity.

POLICE EXPAND BUSHLAND SEARCH FOR WILLIAM TYRRELL

There’s been a new development in the search for William Tyrrell on the Mid North Coast. After receiving information relating to William’s disappearance police have expanded their search area, concentrating on an area of bushland at Cedar Loggers Lane and Batar Creek Road, near Kendall. The bushland is located about 4km away from where William was last seen at his grandmothers house in Kendall.
