POLICE RENEW APPEAL INTO DEATHS OF MAN AND WOMAN AT LAKE MACQUARIE

Detectives are appealing for information, on the eve of a Coronial Inquest into the murders of a Lake Macquarie couple in 2008.

The bodies of 50-year-old Robert Pashkuss and 41-year-old Stacey McMaugh were found in a Caves Beach home on January 6 by Ms McMaugh’s son.

Strike Force Chuter was formed to investigate their deaths, but to this day they remain unsolved.

A $100,000 reward is still available for anyone who provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible.

Detectives say it’s not too late to contact police.

A Coronial Inquest before the Deputy State Coroner will begin tomorrow, with another hearing scheduled for June.
