A man, wanted for murder in Western Australia, has been arrested after a police pursuit on the Central Coast.
At around 3pm yesterday, officers spotted a blue Holden Commodore, bearing stolen WA registration plates, at Magenta.
Police say he crossed to the wrong side of the road when he saw officers and sped off.
The pursuit ended at The Entrance when the driver lost control and crashed into a fence.
A 38-year-old man from Banksia Grove was arrested.
WA detectives are expected to apply for the man’s extradition to Perth in Wyong Local Court today.
A woman and 6-year-old girl were also in the car and sustained minor injuries.
