Some would say it was inevitable, Campbell Brown’s career with the Gold Coast Suns’ is no more.
The AFL veteran was this afternoon sacked from the club, following a brawl with team-mate, Steven May, in Los Angeles.
The incident left May with a broken jaw.
“Obviously really disappointed with the way it finished up but I take full responsibility for my actions on the night. All actions have consequences and clearly it’s helped finished my career early.”
