  1. I suffer from bipolar, personality disorder, depression and panic attacks of going out to things that have been book in for example an app with a dr or things like that. I use to self harm up until last year and have been on the right medication that is helping me keep in track and under control. I also have cognitive behavioural therapy which I find fantastic help and coping with things. I’m not fully on my feet but I feel halfway there and have more of an understanding now. I am 41 and have struggled since I was 15. I don’t mind my story being used but please don’t put my name up.
