Police are appealing for information following an alleged assault of a 17-year-old girl on the Central Coast yesterday.
About 8.10am the girl was walking to school on a path near Shirley Close in Kincumber and was allegedly approached by a man with a knife.
The man then covered the girl’s head and she passed out.
After the girl regained consciousness, she walked home and told her mother.
The girl received minor scratches to her arms, legs and face but was otherwise
unharmed.
