Acting Burleigh Bears Coach Carl Briggs has signed on to take over the reins permanently at the club next season.
Briggs took over the role after the sudden departure of former Coach Paul Bramley, following the team’s poor performance at the start of the year.
Since then, Briggs has led the side to two wins from three games
Despite receiving more than 40 applications for the position, the club decided to continue with the former English halfback.
