NEWCASTLE KNIGHTS BIGGEST FAN CELEBRATES 90TH BIRTHDAY

When it comes to sporting fans, they don’t get much more devoted than this lady.

For almost a quarter of a century she’s been supporting her beloved Newcastle Knights, so in celebration of her 90th birthday Paddy Smith was given the gift of a lifetime, the opportunity to meet and greet with the players.

Paddy Smith has made it to every single home game since 1988, expect for one when she was in hospital.

NBN reporter Stephanie Jeanes caught up with Paddy on her special day.
