Thank you NBN for allowing us to feel apart of todays celebration. Living in Brisbane we were unable to attend the funeral of a great friend of 15 years but thanks to the videos we feel we have been able to say our farewell to a wonderful man. God Bless your family in this time of grief.

  5. I worked with Tony in Sydney in the Safety Advisory Section of NSW Police Force. I then was transferred with him and Brett Remington to the same section at Newcastle. During this time I got to meet Tony’s family. His Mother and father who Tony was very proud living in Merewether working at Earp Bros. I then met his wife Sonia before Tony did and showed her around Newcastle Police Station. It was there when Tony was involved in a motor cycle and I myself had a accident falling of a train. Tony was the driver of my wedding cars in first marriage. Tony gave me reference when I needed one for work. In my present marriage Tony was my wedding celebrant. Tony warned me never get married again because there was only one position left for him. I remember one time he told me about him giving one hour a lecture on flatulent. Tony was a big man whose main aim in life was to laugh and have the rest of world laugh with him and I am sure any who met him did. I have one last thing to say my friend thanks for the memories and helping us to live the dream.

I cried tears of sadness & laughter watching this service but I felt that I needed to be part of it, needed to see him off.
