An inquest into the disappearance of Armidale man, Bill Roach, has heard he allegedly took drugs and believed witches were after him in the weeks before he vanished on New Year’s Eve in 1993.
Numerous sightings in the years to follow have been proven as cases of mistaken identity and it’s now up to a coroner to decide if Mr Roach is dead or alive.
