Two men are being assessed by paramedics, after being rescued at Frazer Park this afternoon.
It’s believed one man fell into the water and the other jumped in to save him, but both struck trouble.
Emergency services, including the Westpac Rescue Helicopter, are at the scene along Snapper Point Road.
