Hunter man appeals conviction for disposal of body

A Hunter man – behind bars for helping dispose of a murdered mother’s body – today fronted the state’s highest court.

Lawyers for James Cunneen have appealed his conviction, arguing it was unreasonable – and that the 32-year-old should be acquitted, or face a new trial.
