17-year-old dies in multiple vehicle crash on Central Coast
Emergency services yesterday responded to a multiple vehicle crash on the Central Coast around 4:20pm.
The crash reportedly involved two cars and a truck along the Pacific Highway at Wadalba.
The driver of a Ford Falcon, a 17-year-old man, sadly died at the scene.
The 41-year-old truck driver was treated by paramedics before being taken to John Hunter Hospital for treatment and mandatory testing.
The 46 year old driver of a Mazda was also treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers from Tuggerah Lakes Police District established a crime scene and with the assistance of specialist officers commenced investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
