COP STABBER FOUND NOT GUILTY ON GROUNDS OF MENTAL ILLNESS

A man who stabbed two police officers at Toronto last year has been found not guilty on the grounds of mental illness.

The court heard Oliver Scales-Copeland was having a psychotic episode at the time of the attack.
