A man has been charged after raids on two Lake Macquarie homes allegedly uncovered a haul of weapons, drugs and stolen property.
A multitude of homemade weapons, knuckle dusters, a baton, ammunition, methylamphetamine, NSW Police insignia, and two vehicles were seized after police searched a home on Newport Road at Cooranbong yesterday.
Police also found a second stash of weapons, drugs and alleged stolen vehicles at a home on Bushells Ridge Road at Wyee.
A 55-year-old man was arrested and charged with nine offences, relating to the illegal and alleged stolen goods.
He fronted Toronto Local Court on Thursday, where he was refused bail to face the same court next Tuesday.
