TEENAGER CHARGED OVER GRAFTON ROBBERIES

An 18-year-old man will face Grafton Local Court later today, charged over a series of robberies on Thursday.

Police will allege the South Grafton man stole tools and a wallet from businesses on Kemp and Fitzroy Street, before using a stolen credit card to make a number of online purchases.

Following his arrest, officers raided an address at South Grafton, where they located a number of items believed to have been stolen in a robbery earlier this month.

Further charges are expected to be laid.
