A man accused of murder over a house fire in Tamworth earlier this year is facing fresh charges.
Richard George Sands allegedly lit the Hillvue home on fire on October 17, killing two people.
Another woman suffered critical burns and remains in a Sydney hospital, and a young boy was treated for minor injuries.
60-year-old Sands is facing two additional charges of attempted murder.
The case returns to court in February.
