Fullerton Cove residents and protestors say they’ve lost the first battle in what will be a long war regarding plans to drill for coal seam gas in the suburb.
The Land and Environment Court today ruled in favour of Dart Energy, which can now drill test wells as early as tomorrow.
Residents are deciding whether to appeal the 300-page judgement.
