POLICE INVESTIGATING EARLY MORNING SHOOTING ON THE CENTRAL COAST

A man has told police his car was shot at in the early hours of Friday morning on the Central Coast.

The vehicle was parked outside a home at Gorokan on the Central Coast, when its owner woke around 4am to find it had been damaged.

He followed the people he believed to be responsible in his car to nearby Dudley Street, where one of them attempted to shoot at his vehicle, but missed.

An investigation into the incident is underway, with anyone with information urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
