Coffs Council order animal shelter to close down

Coffs Harbour Council has ordered a Lowanna animal shelter to close down, after the owner was found to be operating the shelter on a property zoned for residential use only.

“Hooves, Feathers and Claws” is also under investigation by the R-S-P-C-A for allegations of animal cruelty.
