Tamworth Regional Council has voted to renew its contract with AGL Sales, for its Retail Electricity and Large Site energy usage.
Council has 22 individual energy sites that fall under the contract, including large metered sites and streetlighting.
The total cost per year is around $3-million dollars.
It’s been approved for six months and will next go before council in January 2020.
