  1. My opinion why is it there has never been any mention that Pollard followed the car for over nine klms and ran them off the road in Ruttleys road before she threw the nails and she threw the chisel after he had assaulted her and he was still making threats to her and her family when she threw it after the assault.
Now to the anomalies in the case Samms was charged with not wearing a seat belt and hanging out of the car Pollard was not charged with using a mobile phone to film the episode and there was no showing what he recorded on Ruttleys road and he was recording it all where he was tail gating the two girls and trying to run them off the road. My opinion The police have covered him up, smells of nepotism or mates. All they have shown is the last klms of a ten klm horrow trip for two women.
