Peak hour traffic was brought to a standstill in Lismore this morning, when two cars collided at around 8 o’clock.
Emergency services were called to the corner of Ballina and Invercauld roads, where a 22-year-old driver was trapped.
The woman was eventually freed and treated at the scene for minor injuries.
