FIVE DOGS KILLED IN GLENDALE HOUSE FIRE

Two people have escaped a house fire at Lake Macquarie, which claimed the lives of five dogs this morning.

The blaze broke out in the property on Lake Road at Glendale at around three o’clock.

A woman and her son were inside at the time and managed to make it to safety after being woken up by barking dogs.

Unfortunately five dogs died in the fire.

Six fire trucks were needed to get the blaze under control – the cause is not yet known.

  1. Poor innocent dogs…..dont seem to mans best friends here! They do the loyal and amazing feat of waking up and saving the people in the house and the low lifes just leave them there to burn to death! So scummy and evil
