COUNCIL VOTES TO PUSH AHEAD WITH WATER RATE RISE

The Northern Cooperative Meatworks CEO says he’s disappointed in a Richmond Valley Council decision to continue with a proposed water rates increase.

Mr Gary Burridge says the hike will cost jobs at the company.
