They say chocolate and sugar aren’t good for dogs, but they are when businesses are using them to raise money for their furry friends.
Shelves in local cafes were full with sugary delights today, with all proceeds going to the RSCPA’s annual cupcake day fundraiser.
And while the day was all about our four-legged friends, the cupcakes themselves also brought a smile to some sad faces.
So far more than $330, 000 has been raised – the money will be used to rescue and re-home hundreds of animals.
