AUSTRALIAN NETBALL TEAM HEADING BACK TO THE HUNTER

The Australian netball team is about to return to the Hunter for the first time in almost three years.
As they did in 2012, the Diamonds will utilise the facilities at Hunter Sports High, as they finalise preparations for the World Cup in Sydney.
The 12-player Australian squad will hold a five-day camp, starting July 31, which will include intensive training sessions, as well as clinics with young netballers from our region.
The Diamonds’ first World Cup game is against Trinidad and Tobago on August 7.
