A 27-year-old woman is recovering in hospital after receiving severe burns to her face, torso and arms when a barbecue flared up on the Central Coast overnight.
The woman was treated by ambulance paramedics following the incident in Berkeley Vale at about 6.30, before being airlifted to Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
