POLICE APPEAL FOR INFORMATION TO FIND METFORD WOMAN

Police hold concerns for the welfare of a woman and her three-week-old baby, who have not returned to their Metford home.

Telitha Perry phoned her sister yesterday morning to say she was walking to a nearby service station to buy cigarettes.

It’s believed her daughter Kamila-Lea was with her.

The pair didn’t return home and was reported missing last night.

Police say Telitha contacted her sister late yesterday stating she was in Mt Druitt.

Telitha is described as being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander in appearance, around 160-centimetres tall with a slight build.

She was last seen wearing a light green shirt, black singlet and black leggings.

Her daughter was wearing a white and pink jumpsuit.
