A 19-year-old P-plater has been charged, after allegedly driving almost 100 kays over the speed limit while under the influence of alcohol.
Police pulled over a white Commodore on the Pacific Highway at Arrawarra yesterday, where they say the driver blew a point 0-1-9 during a breath test.
He’ll appear in Coffs Local Court in November.
