A Tweed Heads man has been found dead after going missing from Terranora on Sunday afternoon.
72-year-old Peter Tawton left his home to pick up a pizza, but was discovered deceased after a single-vehicle crash last night, more than 280 kilometres away from Terranora.
Meanwhile, police hold grave concerns for a 58-year-old man missing from Coomera.
Geoffrey Kenna was last seen at his Pamphlet Lane home on Saturday afternoon, wearing a green shirt and carrying a green shopping bag.
“Our enquiries with the family indicate he may have depression, but there’s no obviously reason why he’s walked away and why he’s made no contact with other family members.”
