A 48 year old man has suffered burns to his head and hands, after a fire broke out at his Ettalong Beach house late yesterday.
The blaze completely gutted the home – but thanks to quick action by fire crews, the house next door was saved.
The man was transferred to Sydney’s Royal North Shore hospital for treatment.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
