WEATHER UPDATE: GREAT START TO THE WEEKEND

Looking very nice for most of the region to kick start the weekend. There may be some light drizzle about for northern NSW and SE QLD which should clear. Some afternoon storm activity will also be possible on the Northern Ranges as well. Conditions are going to heat thanks to the return of the northerly winds which will get quite strong especially along the coast as the seabreeze fights to get in.

Sunday will get off to a hot start before another front closes in producing showers and storms to the south before spreading north during the late afternoon evening. Sunday’s front has some cold air behind it so Monday is going to be quite cool.

  1. I just wish you would learn to spell Murwillumbah correctly in the Tomorrow section of Friday, and sometimes Wednesdays, weather section.
There is one i and one u . not the two “i”s you use. Murwill -i- bah is what you keep putting up.

  2. Could please explain why temperatures are still taken at 3pm during daylight saving times.
To me the readings are 1 hour incorrect as 3pm DST is actually 2pm EST.
