WEATHER UPDATE: SYDNEY RECORDS IT’S WARMEST WINTER ON RECORD
Winter isn’t over yet but it has been so warm the records are already being announced.
Sydney has recorded it’s warmest Winter in 150 years of records.
We will see many more records announced as we finish up what has been an extraordinary season of warmth do to the lack of strong cold fronts penetrating areas north of Sydney.
The warm season will remain all the way to the end with early Spring like temperatures across the the broadcast region settling in. A weak trough will pass through at the end of the week producing a little bit of rain while cooling things down slightly.
