Tim Howard was last seen by a friend at Port Central shopping centre in Port Macquarie last Wednesday.
Mr Howard has a medical condition that requires urgent treatment.
A 45-year-old man is missing on the mid-north coast.
He is almost two metres tall, caucasian with a thin build.
Since this photo was taken he’s lost a significant amount of weight and grown his hair.
