A 41-year-old man has been charged in relation to the death of a woman who was found lying unconscious on Peele Street in Narrabri on New Year’s Eve.
The 43-year-old woman was flown to Sydney’s Saint George Hospital with serious head injuries, but died on Wednesday.
Police arrested the Narrabri man in Warialda shortly before 3pm yesterday.
He’s been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death.
