The Moree community is ramping up its fight for answers, after Brindabella was awarded the license to be the primary carrier at the airport, replacing Qantas.
In response to feedback, Qantas has written to the NSW Department of Transport to request an internal review of the decision.

Moree Plains Shire Council were told after Brindabella were given the contract. At no time were they or the people of Moree given input to the decision by the Minister for Transport. We will now not be able to use our Frequent Flyer points or acquire more when we fly to Sydney. Also we won’t get the specials that Qantas offer all the time. Qantas have been servicing Moree for over 20 years with no problems. I think they deserve an explanation as do the people of Moree and district!!!!!
