Nathan Tinkler’s company, Mulsanne Resources has gone into liquidation after it failed to pay a $28.4-million debt.
Blackwood Corporation sued Tinkler’s company after it failed to follow through on a deal that would see Mulsanne Resources buy 33.85% of Blackwood.
It was decided in the New South Wales Supreme Court that Mulsanne Resources would be wound up.
