Trampolining champions showed off their best moves in Parkwood today, to convince local kids to take up the high-energy sport.
Korri Loader and Kaitlyn Perkins bounced, twisted and somersaulted in a bid to lift the activity’s profile.
“It’s had a really low name, so not many people know about the sport, they just know it’s like a backyard thing. Trying to get the name out competition wise.”
Trampolining became an Olympic sport in 2000.
