CHARITY GIVES HORSES A SECOND CHANCE

The horse breeding industry can produce champions, but horses that aren’t quite up to standard don’t always have a future.

A charity in the Hunter Valley is attempting to save those sent to slaughter, but sadly it’s struggling to meet demand.

  1. I have just watched this news item re horses. I would like to make a small donation. I am a pensioner, but feel very touched by this wonderful dedication. How can I do this. I will be near Hunter Valley in the next week or so.

  2. Wonderful clip guys! It’s a massive eye opener! I didn’t even know there was such things going on until I got my rescue horse from a wonderful lady! You guys do an amazing job. They have a fb page with all their details to donate etc and follow the horses progress. I hope this helps u guys raise funds needed and opens a lot of eyes. Well done!

  5. these guys do the most awesome job.. all it takes if you would like to help is something like what i do and that is $5 a week direct from my pay sent to them from my employer.. it’s the price of a coffee and does so much for so little and it’s tax deductable!!!

  6. Well done guys , you guys are amazing , hoping in the near future I can accomodate some of your horses , still in the building stage on more paddocks , shelters, stables and an arena.
