Lennox Head narrowly defeated Ballina, while Lismore had a convincing win over Casino.
City cruised to an early 15 – nil lead in the first half, but their defence faltered early in the second, with Casino easily finding the gaps.
“Was a little bit nervous because over the last three weeks we got those points in early, and then we’ve let the other sides back in the game.”
But Lismore held its ground, posting another 33 points for the win.
City now has a weeks rest, before taking on Grafton in the final round.

At least when Channel 9 shows live cricket games, you only bung in one ad at the end of every over. Tonight you managed to get at least five ads in with the same regularity as the ends of overs. Terrible.
And while I’m on ads, your coverage last night of the Bledisloe Cup Test was disgusting. We continually missed kick offs while an ad was in progress. I don’t know if your person who pushes buttons to interject these ads understands anything about Rugby, but someone should inform them that kick offs are actually an important part of the game.
