IRONMAN GLORY FOR AMBROSE
Sydney triathlete Paul Ambrose has won Port Macquarie’s Ironman Australia, finishing the gruelling race in eight hours and 17 minutes.
Ambrose led from start to finish, crossing the line less than four minutes ahead of local hope Tim Berkel.
