BOY KILLED AFTER TRUCK SLAMS INTO HOME

A shocking crash on the Pacific Highway has left two people dead and a community demanding action from the government.

Among those killed was an 11 year old boy from Penrith, who was sleeping when a b-double slammed into a holiday home at Urunga – an infamous blackspot on the New South Wales mid north coast.

  1. Maybe taking the populist path and turning off the speed camera was a bad move. Time to turn them all back on and save more lives

Hard to believe the main motorway between Sydney and Brisbane is such a death trap…..we had a head-on crash the day we moved to Coffs Harbour in 1989 and it’s only marginally improved since then…I fear for the lives of my family every time they travel on the highway!!! The whole community feels the same… The time to fix the highway is well overdue!!!!
