DYRAABA FATAL COURT HEARING ADJOURNED

The driver involved in a horrific car accident that killed three people in Dyraaba in June has had his case adjourned until November.

36-year-old Malcolm Joseph Harris is facing a number of charges, including driving a vehicle with morphine and cocaine present in his blood and three counts of driving occasioning death.

It’s alleged the suspended driver lost control of his vehicle slamming into a parked car containing the three victims.

Harris was excused from attending today, the case will be back in Lismore Local court on the 5th of November.
