NOTHING TOO GOOD FOR MAN’S BEST FRIEND

Dog’s best friend
When a frantic dog owner called in a favour from a friend, to help find his lost dog, the result once again demonstrated the devotion that exists between man and animals.
The ten year-old foxy became lost in an isolated bushland area north of Singleton , in the Hunter Valley over the weekend.
Ground searches proved unsuccessful. So property owner John Cooper, phoned a friend at the Newcastle based Heliservices, chopper base. Pilot Michael Earp flew to the isolated property where neighbours had also joined in the search.
The dog was spotted from the air, wandering along an isolated creek bank this morning and reunited with a very relieved owner.
